ค่าบริการในการเป็นตัวแทนและนายหน้าแก่ผู้ขายหรือผู้ให้เช่า
1. ในการขายเราคิดค่านายหน้าจากผู้ขายเป็นอัตรามาตรฐาน 3% จากราคาสุทธิที่ขายได้จริง
(หรือในอัตราที่ได้มีการตกลงกัน)
2. ในการเช่าเราคิดค่านายหน้าจากผู้ให้เช่าเท่ากับ 1 เดือนของค่าเช่า
3. ในการเซ้งเราคิดค่านายหน้าจากผู้ให้เซ้งเท่ากับ 3 -10 % ของมูลค่าของการเซ้งใน
แต่ละครั้ง ที่ตกลงกัน
โดยค่านายหน้าที่ว่านี้เราจะรับต่อเมื่อบริษัทได้นำผู้ซื้อหรือผู้เช่า
ทำการซื้อหรือเช่าสินทรัพย์ อสังหาริมทรัพย์ได้สำเร็จ โดยผู้ซื้อหรือผู้เช่าได้ชำระเงินตาม
ที่สัญญาเช่า หรือ สัญญาจะซื้อจะขาย ที่ได้ระบุไว้เรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น
